Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial when joining Corvantil Limited for the first time. No payment is taken during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and no refund is applicable.
2. Statutory Cancellation Rights
Under applicable consumer law, you have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period") without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of the date your paid subscription begins.
If you have not accessed any content during the cooling-off period, you are entitled to a full refund. If you have accessed content during this period, you acknowledge that the Service has begun and your right to a full refund may be reduced on a pro-rata basis to reflect the portion of the service already consumed.

3. Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription after this point, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your access will end and no further charges will be made.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period once the cooling-off period has passed.
4. Service Disruptions
If the platform is unavailable for an extended period due to circumstances within our control, we will assess each case on its merits and may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion. Routine maintenance and scheduled downtime do not qualify for refunds.
5. Changes to the Catalogue
The content available on the platform may change from time to time as licensing agreements begin or expire. The removal of specific titles from the catalogue does not entitle subscribers to a refund, as the subscription grants access to the platform and its current catalogue rather than any specific piece of content.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the terms set out above:
- Contact us using the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the date your subscription started
- Briefly explain the reason for your request
We will acknowledge your request within one business day and aim to resolve all refund requests within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to ten business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law. If you believe we have not handled your request fairly, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority or alternative dispute resolution scheme in Cyprus.
