1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Corvantil Limited platform (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Corvantil Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to the Corvantil platform is provided through a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise Corvantil Limited to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

A 14-day free trial is available to new subscribers. No payment is taken during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable plan fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

All fees are stated in EUR and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Corvantil Limited reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Content Licence

All audio content available through the Service is licensed to Corvantil Limited by third-party production partners. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and stream that content for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, share, or otherwise make content available to third parties, except where offline download functionality is explicitly provided as part of your subscription plan. Any such download is for personal use only and subject to the conditions of your plan.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to audio programmes, series artwork, written descriptions, and platform design, is owned by or licensed to Corvantil Limited and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The Corvantil name, logo, and any associated branding are trademarks of Corvantil Limited. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without express written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or download content from the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it

6. Availability & Changes

Corvantil Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including removing content from the catalogue when licensing agreements expire or are not renewed.

We will endeavour to notify subscribers of significant changes with reasonable advance notice where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvantil Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
